Scope of Services
KUA is seeking bids for the construction of one (1) roof only Pre Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) pole barn structure at the Pole Yard, in accordance with the provided plans, specifications, and applicable codes. The PEMB shall be a pre manufactured system delivered to the site for assembly.
The selected bidder shall furnish and install the PEMB system at the designated location, including all labor, materials, equipment, permitting, and incidentals required to deliver a fully assembled roof only structure intended to protect wire reels and related equipment from weather exposure.
