construction of MLK Park

INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids addressed to the City of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, will be received at the City of Arkadelphia Town Hall, Atten: City Clerk, 700 Clay Street, Arkadelphia, Arkansas 71923, until 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 10, 2026, for the construction of MLK Park. The sealed bids will then be opened and publicly read aloud. The work includes all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the work as described in the project plans and specifications.
A State of Arkansas Contractor’s License is not required to bid on the project; however, no contractor shall submit a bid prior to submitting an initial application (which does not require a full audit) for licensure, and no construction contract shall be executed until the successful bidder has furnished an appropriate license issued by the State of Arkansas Contractor’s Licensing Board.
