Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of mill and overlay of a portion of Ulmer Bridge and repair of the stream crossing will be received by City of Greenwood at the office of the Mayor, 30 Bell Road, Greenwood, AR 72936 until 10:00 a.m. (local time), on Monday, July 13, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
