Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of 2,530 lineal feet of sanitary sewer force main with 2” PVC pipe and 4,575 lineal feet of gravity sanitary sewer with 8” PVC pipe to replace the vacuum sewer system for the City of Ward.
Bids for Vacuum Sewer Replacement - Ward, Arkansas, will be received at Ward City Hall, 405 Hickory Street, Ward, Arkansas 72176, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of Vacuum Sewer Replacement to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained ($200 cost per set obtained, NON-REFUNDABLE) at BOND CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC., 2601 TP White Drive, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
