Description:

New construction of 25,000 sf Marine Technology Institute of Technology Institute of SC on the Georgetown Campus. The building will support boat building and outboard marine motor technician programs. The building will be a conventional steel, masonry, metal wall panels w/aluminum framed storefront & glazed aluminum curtain wall. Roof system will be PVC fully adhered membrane. Interior finishes include wood wall paneling, carpet, & porcelain.
