Summary

The City of Clermont is soliciting sealed bids from licensed Contractors for the partial demolition, renovation, and construction of Fire Station 2. This single-story, approximately 10,121 square foot public safety facility will include:

  • Expansion of two (2) of the three (3) drive-through apparatus bays for fire and rescue vehicles.
  • Operational support spaces.
  • Individual sleeping quarters for up to ten (10) personnel.
  • Kitchen, dining, dayroom, and fitness facilities.
  • Associated site work, including parking, utilities, stormwater management, and landscaping.

The estimated consrtuction value is $3.5 Million . The project must comply with all applicable Florida Building Code (FBC), NFPA standards, and local requirements.
