Construction of Early Child Learning Center

Project Description: All work shall be performed by the general contractor (single prime). The project is located at 901 East Perry Lane, Savannah, Georgia 31401. The work shall consist of furnishing all material labor and equipment for the • Complete construction of the new early child learning center (approximately 23,000 sf) • Complete construction of parking area and loop road around site • General construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural, commercial kitchen, Communications/IT, Signage, Sitework, Landscaping. For a detailed description of the work, refer to Summary of Work in the project manual / specifications. All work shall be done in accordance with all current applicable Federal, State, and Local code requirements.
