ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The City of Searcy is accepting sealed bids for construction of BERRYHILL PARK IMPROVEMENTS until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at the City of Searcy’s City Hall, 401 West Arch Avenue, Searcy, Arkansas 72143, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project consists of construction of asphalt parking lots, concrete trails, fencing, landscaping, underground storm drainage, site lighting, utility work, retaining walls, and earthwork.
All proposals shall be on the forms within the specifications and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the “City of Searcy, 401 West Arch Avenue, Searcy, Arkansas 72143,” and marked “Proposal for City of Searcy – Berryhill Park Improvements.”
The City reserves the right to reduce the total amount of work to be done as required by budget restraints. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to accept the proposal deemed to be for the best interest.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than those listed above.
Proposals will be considered on the basis of cost, the bidder’s financial responsibility, his equipment, and his past performance on similar projects. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
