DESCRIPTION:



The U.S Embassy Lusaka is seeking to construct an outdoor Pavilion on Plot 4936 Lukulu Road (CMR) Sunningdale Lusaka



THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:




  1. Setting out and removal of the Kariba stone and column footing locations

  2. Construction of temporal hoarding to secure site during demolition and construction phases.

  3. Footing excavation and disposal of excess excavated materials

  4. Rerouting plumbing and electrical services.

  5. Installation of footing, column and beam reinforcement

  6. Backfill and Compaction

  7. Formwork

  8. Concrete works

  9. Fabrication and installation of new steel truss roof framing and purlins

  10. Supply and Installation of new metal roof panels including insulation.

  11. Supply and Installation of ridge and edge flashings

  12. Supply and installation of metal fascia boards

  13. Supply and installation of seamless metal gutters and PVC down pipes

  14. Painting

  15. Construction of new drainage system to connect to existing

  16. Reinstating the Kariba stone

  17. Electrical works
