Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and
effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the additions,
deletions and revisions as listed herein.

QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:
Q1: In the plans, it says under the 30x74' shelter: NOTE: STRUCTURE PROVIDED BY COUNTY, INSTALLED
BY CONTRACTOR. Is this the case for all shelters, shades and playground equipment? Will alternate
manufacturers be accepted?
A1: Please refer to the ‘Hardscape Plans’ attached to the bid specifications. Alternates will not be
accepted by the County. The playground and shelters have been designed and need to be ordered and
installed per the plans.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260623. Bidders
are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
