The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete the installation of a pedestrian island located at S. Pleasant Hill Rd. and Moody Rd. Pictures are attached for location and sizing reference.
All questions must be submitted through IonWave by the designated date and time of Monday, January 13,

25 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker’s Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable:
No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until all required insurance documents are obtained and a purchase order has been issued.
The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered.
The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
