CONSTRUCTION MGMT AT RISK SVCS - ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS

The Town of Wethersfield, acting through its Advisory School Building Committee (“ASBC”), is seeking to engage a Construction Manager to provide program evaluation, planning and pre-construction services (in coordination with the Architect and Owner’s Representative), cost estimating, budgeting, value engineering and value analysis, constructability analysis, logistical analysis, trade contract bidding/negotiation, construction phase services, management and compliance with the Department of Administrative Services Office of Grants Administration (“OGA”) requirements, and project close-out for the construction the new Highcrest Elementary School, renovations and improvements to Samuel Webb Elementary School and Charles Wright Elementary School. The Town will engage a Construction Manager “CM” to serve as Constructor and the Construction Manager will be ‘At Risk.’ This procurement shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of Conn. Gen. Stat. § 10-287(b)(3).
