The City of Ames is requesting bids
to provide construction materials testing and inspection services for the Resource Recovery & Recycling Campus, 220 Freel Drive, Ames, IA for the Public Works Department. This project is using the Construction Manager as Advisor delivery method with Story Construction as the Construction Manager. The City is in the process of finalizing (11) multi-prime contracts with contractors to complete the project. Story Construction's role will be to coordinate all construction materials testing & inspection services for the project.
All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed.
No Firm may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids.
The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
