LEGAL NOTICE
Better Community Development, Inc. Weatherization Assistance Program is accepting sealed bids for construction materials and labor. The bidder’s conference will be held on August 1st, 2025 at 1:00 pm. At 3805 West 12th Street in Suite 207, Little Rock, AR. It is mandatory that all interested participants attend either in person or virtually. Please email jwhitaker@bcdinc.org for the zoom link. Please contact Darryl Swinton, at 501-379-1538 or via e-mail at dswinton@bcdinc.org or James Whitaker at 501-379-1561 or via e-mail at jwhitaker@bcdinc.org to request a bid packet or visit our office at 3805 West 12th, Suite 205 in Little Rock, AR. On or after July 29th 2025. All bids must be received by BCD, Inc. in our office by no later than 11:59 am. August 22, 2025. Bids will be opened immediately after 12:00 pm. on August 22nd, 2025. Late Bids will not be accepted. Minority/Women-owned Business enterprise and Labor Surplus Area Firms are encouraged to apply.
