NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS 26-021-DOT on or before February 13, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at sara.rogers@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

DuPage County (“County”) is seeking a Bidder to provide Construction Materials for its Division of Transportation for a one (1) year term period.
