Construction Manager for Moriarty and Uncas Schools

Project Description: The City of Norwich and its School Building Committee are seeking Qualifications and Cost Proposals for Construction Management at Risk Services for the new John M. Moriarty and Uncas Elementary School, located at 20 Lawler Lane, Norwich, CT 06360 and 280 Elizabeth Street Ext., Norwich CT, 06360. As described more fully in Section IV, the Projects consist of the Construction of a new John M. Moriarty Elementary on the existing site of the current school and the Construction of a new Uncas Elementary School on the existing site. Both current schools will remain in operation during the construction and will be demolished following the construction of the new schools to make way for site improvements.
