Project Description: The Request for Qualifications packet may be obtained on November 19, 2025 from the City of Dallas Bonfire website (https://dallascityhall.bonfirehub.com). Statement of Qualifications are due at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025 and will be opened by the City of Dallas at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025. Qualification Openings can be viewed on the City of Dallas Webcasting Website https://dallastx.swagit.com/bid-purchasing.
Please ask questions at the Dallas Bonfire website or at the pre-submittal conference being held online and in-person, 3:00PM to 4:30PM on Monday December 1, 2025 via MS Teams and at the Zoo. The ID, Passcode, and phone number are in the RFQ documents. directions to Flamingo Room in Attachment I. Attendance is mandatory.
