Construction Manager at-Risk Services for Central Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facilities Improvements

Project Description: The Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is seeking qualification proposals from firms with experience in Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery to provide pre-construction and construction services for several projects collectively referred to as the Central Advanced Wastewater Treatment facilities improvements at the Valrico Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility and Falkenburg Road Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility and related collection basin that is owned and operated by the Hillsborough County Water Resources Department. Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners intends to select two firms (one for each facility). Project Estimate for each facility: $80,000,000.00
DM/DWBE Goal: This procurement will require the successful proposer to meet the subcontracting Disadvantaged Minority/Disadvantaged Women Business Enterprise (DM/DWBE) participation goals established for all Sub-Projects arising out of this Project/contract. These DM/DWBE participation goals shall be established on a project-by-project basis. Sub-Project specific goals will be established by the County prior to issuance of each Sub-Project work/term contract.
To be given consideration, questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Solicitation issuance in Bonfire, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later as stated in Paragraph 3.5. of the RFP Contract Terms and Conditions Document.
