Description
Project Description: Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is seeking qualification proposals from experienced Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) teams with a proven and documented track record of pre-construction and construction services for the installation of approximately 11,000 ft of 24-inch force main to replace an existing 16-inch pipeline. Project Estimate: $11,000,000.00.
DM/DWBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 5% has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors.
To be given consideration, questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Solicitation issuance in Bonfire, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later as stated in Paragraph 3.5. of the RFP Contract Terms and Conditions Document.
