Description
The Town is seeking to engage a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide project management services. The Trumbull’s Board of Education has been awarded a portion of funding from the State of Connecticut and the Town has authorized the Hillcrest Middle School Building Committee (HMSBC) to bring the project to fruition. That committee meets regularly and will work with Town staff to select the CMAR. There will be a Mandatory Walk-through of all interested parties wishing to submit Bid Proposal/ Qualifications. The Mandatory walk-through meeting will be on Thursday February 27, 2025, at 4 pm located at 530 Daniels Farm Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611. There will be a sign-in sheet, and we will meet at the front entrance.
