Scope of Services
The School Board of Seminole County is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFQu) with the intent to select a Construction Management Firm for Milwee Middle School Renovation Project pursuant to Chapter 1013, Florida Statutes; the Florida Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act, Section 287.055 Florida Statutes; State Requirements for Educational Facilities; Rule 6A-2.0010, Florida Administrative Code and School Board Policy. The Construction Manager at Risk will renovate select buildings and provide a new 2-story building to house dining services and classroom spaces within the construction budget of $34 million. Included with the construction services will be the preconstruction effort to work with the Owner and Architect with prioritizing the scope of work based on cost and phasing strategy.
