Construction Manager at Risk for Bob Thomas Memorial District Park at Two Rivers

Project Description: Pasco County (County) requests proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the Bob Thomas Memorial District Park at Two Rivers project (Project) in Pasco County, Florida. These services will be coordinated with an architectural and engineering consultant (the Design Professional) through the design and construction phases of the Project.
The CMAR will be chosen to manage and complete the design of all required engineering, permitting, and construction administration of the new park. The Project will be managed of the County’s Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources and Facilities Management Departments.
