Construction Manager At Risk for Fire Stations No.1 and No. 4

Project Description: This is a qualifications and proposal based procurement process. The purpose of this RFQC is to seek Statements of Qualifications from highly qualified contractors to provide all personnel, materials, equipment, labor and services necessary to perform Construction Management at Risk (“CM at Risk”) services for Fire Stations No. 1 and No. 4, as more fully described in Section 3 of this RFQC. Firms submitting Responses shall follow the process described herein. The City intends to enter into a contract with the successful Respondent to complete the Project in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this RFQC.
