The intention of this document is to provide a description of the scope of work and responsibilities of the CMAR and the COUNTY in connection with the design, planning, preparation, permitting, bidding and construction execution of an approximately 30,000 to 45,000 square foot Campus named Osceola County Fleet Maintenance Center. Building construction methods may be a combination of Metal Buildings, Pre-Engineered Structures, Tilt-up Concrete, CMU, amongst others.
