Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Town of Nolensville Police Headquarters

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Nolensville is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the completion of the future new Nolensville Police Headquarters building located on Sunset Road. Interested parties submitting a proposal must be a qualified entity licensed under the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994.

The project scope will consist of preconstruction services to develop a construction schedule and plan of service for executing the work, as well as general contractor services to complete the remaining portion of the work.

Proposal Submission Deadline:
Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered.
Proposals will be publicly opened on the same day.

SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ Police Headquarters Construction Manager at Risk RFP – JULY 16, 2026, at 2:00PM CDT – DO NOT OPEN ” and delivered or mailed to:

The Town of Nolensville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee.
