CTC Addition.

Bids Due: Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST
Pre-Bid Meeting:
Lee Lewis will be hosting a Pre-Bid Meeting at the project site on June 16th, 2026, at 10:00am.
Attendance is highly encouraged.
RFIs: Email all questions to pimbriale@leelewis.com and dallasestimating@leelewis.com or through
the Building Connected plan room that includes specific references to drawings and/or
specifications that can be copied onto an RFI log by June 17th, 2026 by 2:00pm.
Bid Submission: Send all bids to dallasestimating@leelewis.com, or through Building Connected
website using the Lee Lewis Bid Form, including your detailed scopes of work.
All interested subcontractors and suppliers including Local, HUB, MBE, WBE SBE are
encouraged to participate.
