Project Description: This Request for Qualifications is issued by the City of Charlotte to acquire the services of a Construction Manager-at-Risk for the NASCAR Hall of Fame Renovation project. The Guaranteed Maximum Price estimates for this project is $12-15M, to be refined as design advances. The City is accepting Statements of Qualifications from Firms whose combination of relevant experience and personnel will provide timely professional services to the City for this project.
