Project Description: Austin Independent School District (AISD) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) services for a full campus modernization project. The scope of work includes the construction of a new 89,000-square-foot educational facility to support a planned capacity of 522 students. The modernization will be completed in accordance with AISD’s Educational Specifications and Project Development Manual.
