Construction Manager-At Risk (CMAR Services)

Project Description: This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is issued by the City of Charlotte (“City”) to acquire the services of a Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) for three separate projects which include, the Cross Charlotte Trail Matheson to Craighead, Robinson Church Road Phase II, and Ashley/Tuckaseegee Road and Freedom Drive. The City is accepting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from Firms whose combination of relevant experience and personnel will provide timely professional services to the City for these projects. Firms will have the choice to submit responses for one, two or all three projects but need to prioritize their interest by assigning a rating of one to three for each of the projects.
