Overview

Summary

Seminole County is seeking proposal for Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services, and then build the project thereafter for the Criminal Justice Center Renovation and Five Points Building System Improvements project. As the County continues to grow and expand in order to address the needs of the surrounding community the existing courthouse is undergoing renovation to consolidate both civil and criminal courts in a single centralized building at the Five Points Complex located at Eslinger Way, Sanford, FL.
