Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) at TSTC in Hutto

Texas State Technical College ("TSTC") is utilizing a one step solicitation process for Construction Manager at Risk (CMR Contractor) services located on the Hutto Campus. This project is to construct a new building at approximately 100,000 gross square feet. The new building will include educational programs for Advanced Manufacturing, Precision Machining, and Industrial Systems Technology. Also included, within the new building, may be student gathering spaces, a student lounge, faculty break room, and administrative offices for faculty, enrollment coaches and PBE mentors along with the necessary building support. The building will incorporate design for TSTC’s Performance Based Education (PBE). The lab spaces will be designed as open spaces with direct line of sight visibility for PBE and incorporate infrastructure for as much flexibility as possible for the different programs. TSTC will be the fiscal agent and contract manager for the project and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, waive any and all formalities, and select the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of TSTC.
