Firms are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract
documents. The following are issued to revise/clarify the proposal and contract documents, and these items shall
have the same force and effect as the original proposal and contract documents. Proposals to be submitted on
the above-specified date at Purchasing shall conform to the revisions and clarifications as listed herein.
ITEM # 1- QUESTIONS/ANSWERS
Q1: If the County is providing the design team through engineering, would the Professional
Insurance (E&O Insurance) be required for this CMAR project?
A1: No. Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions Liability) is not required for this project.
Q2: We are interested in scheduling a site visit for this project. Would that be possible/acceptable if a
site visit could be coordinated through you?
A2: We can make a one-time only site visit available to all Firms. This opportunity will take place on June
11, 2026, from 9:00-10:00 AM.
Please meet the Project Manager at the main gate, and Firms will be chaperoned to the site. No
questions will be answered during this visit.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original proposal documents of RFP
No. 20260423. Firms are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their proposal forms.
