Description

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK. The City of Vadnais Heights requests qualification information in order to evaluate and select a Construction Manager at Risk for the renovation and expansion of the South Fire Station, located at 3595 Arcade Street. The current 20,000/sf station is 35 years old, and no longer meets the needs of VHFD’s staffing model, which includes 43 full-time and part-time fire staff working daytime and overnight shifts 24/7. The proposed redesign will add approximately 15,000/sf added to the first, second levels, and mezzanine with a proposed building footprint of 25,000/sf, and total square footage of almost 40,000. Please visit: https://cityvadnaisheights.com/bids for full project scope and submittal instructions. The deadline to submit bid or proposal is July 11 at 10 a.m.. Please contact Kurt Frison by phone or email: Kurt Frison, Fire Chief, kurt.frison@cityvadnaisheights.com
