The Cambridge Housing Authority, acting as Owners Project Manager for the NHA Seabeds Way LLC c/o Needham Housing Authority hereinafter, "Owner", is requesting proposals for Construction Management Services for Project 2209 Modernization of Seabeds Way, Needham MA. The Owner intends to award a Construction Manager with a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for the Modernization of Seabeds Way.
