Project Description: The City of Norwalk (The City) is soliciting qualifications from Construction Management (CM) firms to provide comprehensive Construction Management Services and assist the Norwalk Land Use and Building Management Committee of Norwalk Common Council, and the Project Architect regarding the building improvements and addition at Norwalk’s Westport Ave. Fire Station #4. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
