Construction Management Services for Two Story Classroom Building Addition at Bayside High School

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The School Board of Brevard County, Florida , henceforth referred to as the District or School Board is accepting sealed responses for Construction Management Services for Two Story Classroom Building Addition at Bayside High School ( 25-0989-Q-HD ).

Project Overview

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select a firm to provide construction management services for a new two (2) story classroom building addition, located on the Bayside High School property at 1901 DeGroodt Road, SW, Palm Bay, Florida 32908, pursuant to Chapter 1013, Florida Statutes; the Florida Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act, Section 287.055 Florida Statutes; State Requirements for Educational Facilities; Rule 6A-2.0010, Florida Administrative Code; and School Board Rules.

The deadline to submit questions related to this solicitation is 3:00 pm on Monday, June 30, 2025 .

Sealed responses for furnishing the above will be accepted up to 2:00 pm on Monday, July 14, 2025 .

NOTE: Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform. Respondents shall not be permitted to hand-deliver, mail, telephone, fax or email offers.

Responses received after the submission deadline and/or transmitted outside of the designated OpenGov e-Procurement Platform shall be rejected.
