Synopsis
|
The purpose of this Contract is to provide Constructability Review and Construction Management and Inspection (CM&I) services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Water and Land Division (“County”) for the Dutchman Road Revetment Repair Project (“Project”). This work will take place during the pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases of the Project. For this contract, the County has determined that the maximum labor rate limitation will not apply.
