Synopsis

The purpose of this contract is to provide construction management and inspection (CM&I) services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Water and Land Resources Division (“County”) for Black River Pump Station (BRPS) capital improvement projects. For this contract, the County has determined that the maximum labor rate limitation will not apply.
This Scope of Work reflects the County’s current understanding of the work; however, it may be updated during negotiations.
