The Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation is seeking proposals for Construction Management services for the Pre-construction Services for complete construction of a hydraulic elevator and associated services in their Cotton Mill building in Brattleboro, VT. The construction manager (CM) will become a member of the project team including the Owner, the Owner’s Architects, Engineers, and other consultants.
