Provide professional Construction Management services as required for retained services to be used on an as needed basis.

All work shall be performed under and be approved by a responsible party licensed in the State of California.

Successful firms may be awarded multi-year $5,000,000.00 agreements, up to five (5) years, on a fixed rate basis.
