Summary:
Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Peachland invites Proposals from organizations that are experienced in both; Management of construction (as either Construction Manager or General Contractor) for new-build educational facilities, and delivering projects under the Construction Management Delivery Model; to provide Construction Management Services and Work (as defined in the CCDC5B Contract) for the District’s new Peachland Childcare Centre Project.

The submission requirements of the above-mentioned forms will be strictly followed during the RFP evaluation, and Respondents that fail to demonstrate the ‘Pass’ requirement or Minimum Score threshold in each form will be removed from further consideration during the evaluation process.  Interested parties are strongly encouraged to check that they meet the experience pre-requisites and submission requirements of this RFP, prior to submitting a Proposal.
