Scope of Services
The City of Sanford (City), Florida hereby invites Continuing Contract for Construction Management Services who are license to practice in the State of Florida, to submit proposal for the following: Construction Management at Risk (CMAR)Professional Consulting Services, who are license to practice in the State of Florida. Continuing Consultants Management at Risk (CMAR) contracts are limited to projects in which construction cost do not exceed $6,000,000.00 and when the fees for professional services does not exceed $500,000.00, pursuant to Florida Statute 287.055(2)(g).

According to Sections 5.05 and 4.09, the committee is tasked with selecting a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of six (6) of the proposals submitted for presentation.
