Construction Management at-Risk Services for Salem High School

The City, with the support of the Massachusetts School Building Authority, is preparing to construct a new high school on the site of the existing high school.  Upon completion the existing school will be demolished and new playing fields and other site work constructed in its place. This project will keep the school (approximately 900 students in grades 9-12) during construction.  The new construction will be approximately 365,000 sq. ft.  The project’s estimated construction cost is $365 million and is anticipated to begin in Spring 2028 with construction completed in Summer 2030.

This RFQ will be used to prequalify CM at-Risk firms that will be invited to submit proposals in response to a request for proposals issued pursuant to MGL c149A §6.  Project description, evaluation procedure and criteria, scope of services, and project team may be found in the RFQ.
