Construction Management at Risk Services for the Courts Complex Phase IV, RFQ 677885

The County of Loudoun, Virginia (“County”) seeks to award one (1) contract to a qualified construction manager (CM) that was short-listed through the Request for Qualification (RFQu) process to provide Construction Management (herein referred to as the “Construction Manager”, “Offeror”, or “CM”) services including but not limited to professional management and construction services during the design, planning, scheduling, and construction of the Courts Complex Phase IV (herein referred to as the “Project”).

The estimated construction cost for the Courts Complex Phase IV is $46,000,000. Construction funding will be available in Fiscal Year 2030, allowing construction to begin in 2030 and is expected to continue through winter 2033.

An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on June 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
