Spartanburg County School District Five is seeking proposals from qualified offerors for Construction Management at Risk Services for a new elementary and a possible middle school on the same site.

District Five Schools, located in western Spartanburg County, is currently comprised of eight elementary schools (PK-5), four middle schools (6-8), and two secondary schools (Freshman Academy and 10-12). Total student enrollment at these locations is currently just over 11,000 students.

Proposals will be accepted through the Beacon Bid Portal until April 15, 2025 at 10:00AM.
