Construction Management At Risk Services for the Western Loudoun Recreation Complex, RFQ 676862

The County of Loudoun, Virginia (“County”) seeks to award one (1) contract to a qualified CM that was short-listed through the Request for Qualification (RFQu) process to provide Construction Management (herein referred to as the “Construction Manager”, “Offeror”, or “CM”) services including but not limited to professional management and construction services during the design, planning, scheduling, and construction of the Western Loudoun Recreation Complex (herein referred to as the “Project”).

The estimated construction cost for the Western Loudoun Recreation Complex is $122,687,000. Construction funding will be available in Fiscal Year 2026, allowing construction to begin as early as spring 2026 and is expected to continue through winter 2028.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

An optional Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on March 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
