2025-057 Construction Management at Risk Services 190 W. MAIN STREET (GSA-2025-008)

The General Services Agency (GSA), on behalf of the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners (County), is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from Construction Managers at Risk with fire and emergency facility experience interested in providing comprehensive pre-construction and construction management services for a project known as Project No. GSA-2025-008 Fire Station 16, a joint-venture project between Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services and the Downtown Development Authority/City of Canton.
