Only written Requests for Information (RFIs) will be accepted. The questions received and all answers will be sent to all in receipt of the Bidding Documents no later than 4:00 PM on January 18, 2024. If necessary, an addendum to the Bidding Documents will be issued. All addenda so issued shall become part of the Bidding Documents.
