CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION SEVICES

Project Description: The District is seeking proposals for General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Inspectors to monitor and provide quality assurance on all District Capital Projects. This role will require the qualified candidate to have the ability to read construction documents (drawings and specifications), monitor various aspects of construction in progress, the ability to detect and document irregularities in the work. The qualified candidates will provide inspection services for Capital Improvement Projects and will be required to provide project related documentation on inspections performed to the Supervisor of Building Construction.
