The intent of this Competitive Sealed Proposal is to solicit proposals from experienced and qualified contractors for construction improvements and necessary repairs to the 101 Center Parking Garage. The project is expected to include but is not limited to structural repairs, concrete restoration, waterproofing, drainage improvements, and other related work necessary to extend the useful life of the facility and ensure its continued safe operation while minimizing disruption to ongoing facility operations.
The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted.
